Return & Refund Policy

All of our products at Missygtees.com are custom-made and printed to order just for you. Because of this personalized process, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for buyer's remorse, accidental orders, or incorrect sizing/color selections. We highly encourage you to review our sizing charts carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a clear manufacturing or printing error, we will gladly issue a free replacement or a full refund.

To report an issue, please contact us at missygtees@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with the following information:

    1    Your original Order Number

    2    A clear photograph showing the defect or the damaged area

Once verified, we will arrange for a brand-new replacement to be shipped to you at no extra cost, or process a refund. Please do not mail items back to us or the return address on the package, as returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
